His father practiced law in Council Bluffs from 1936 until his death in 1977. The younger Meldrum has practiced since 1972. For permanence and stability in meeting your legal needs, Clarence B. Meldrum is a lifelong resident of Council Bluffs and has worked in law offices since he was 14 years old.

He was admitted to practice in 1972 by the Supreme Court of the State of Iowa and the United States 

District Court for the Southern District of Iowa (including admission to practice in the Bankruptcy Court). He has been in practice since that time, including serving twenty years as Iowa Judicial Magistrate for Pottawattamie County. He has given generously of his time and expertise in serving his profession and his community. He now serves exclusively in general practice, including bankruptcy, wills and probate, debtor-creditor relations and landlord-tenant law.

Sara comes from a family of lawyers-- both her parents are attorneys in Des Moines, Iowa.  Sara is a lifelong resident of Iowa and she and her family have resided in Council Bluffs for the last ten years. 

Sara graduated with honors from Creighton Law School in 2007 and is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of the State of Iowa and the United State District Court for the Southern District of Iowa (including admission to practice in the Bankruptcy Court).  Sara practices exclusively in general practice, including bankruptcy, limited scope legal representation, family law, criminal law, and juvenile law.   

In her spare time, Sara is the lawyer coach for the Thomas Jefferson High School Mock Trial team and serves on the board of Heartland Child Development.
