Limited scope legal representation, or unbundled legal representation, is an alternative to traditional, full-service representation. Instead of handling every task in a matter from start to finish, Meldrum & Benson Law handle only certain parts and you remain responsible for the others. It is like an à la carte menu for legal services, where you get just the advice and services you need and therefore pay an affordable fee. 

Limited scope legal representation comes in many forms and can include drafting of documents, review of client provided documents, advice, and coaching on your matter. Your agreement with Meldrum & Benson Law will clearly define the services provided by the attorney and your responsibilities.
